Since my Marathon…

…I have done nothing!!  I haven’t worked out and I have rarely taken a walk.  It was awesome. 

Back to reality this week 🙂  I did a bunch of research on how to ween back in after running a Marathon.  One site that I simply love is Run Like a Mother.  They actually have a book out as well and I will be reviewing that over at SIMPLE in the future!  There is so much down to earth advice – and it’s first hand.  Not just “research based”. 

Anyways, I found a great blog post today over there.  You can read it HERE too if you want. Not sure what I will start with at the gym this week – but it will definitely include a run.  I have MISSED it!! 🙂
