…AND IT WAS AWESOME!!! I have been wanting to get outside and run but this darn Michigan weather hasn’t been cooperating. So, when I woke this morning I saw the sun shining through the blinds and the first thing I said was “I am running outside today!” I was so excited! And I was able to get 3.1 miles in (a 5K). Great news for me because I have been kinda feeling under the weather with my running lately since it’s all been on the treadmill. I loathe the treadmill…loathe it. But…gotta do what you gotta do!!
Next goal…the Irish Jig on Saturday!!
