I’ve talked about it for a while now, but the time has come I read today on Another Mother Runner about a young mom of 3 (pregnant with her 4th) being brutally killed on a run You can read what I read HERE It’s horrible! I don’t have the words Within this post there are GREAT pointers for all the runners out there I had to write about this just in case I am able to reach someone else that this article did not when it was originally posted on Another Mother Runner
The only thing on that list that I thought of was to NOT run at the exact same time every day and do NOT run the exact same route
