Well, I have been with SIMPLE for a little over 2 years now. All us Moms are from different areas – some I have never met. That is true of Emily. We talk often, and I feel stalker ish (ya know how ya know so much about someone because of Facebook and then when you see them in real life and you don’t know what to say? Ya, that kind of feeling). Except, we had plenty to say. Definitely not awkward….well not on my end at least 🙂
Anyways, we read each other’s blogs….tweet back and forth and converse on email often. We FINALLY met face to face after all this time! And the funny story is, her and her husband used to live about 25 minutes from where I live now. They are obviously not there anymore, but still have family. Small world!
Carinn (another SIMPLE Momma) and I were getting our hair done Monday night and Emily happened to be visiting family this week. Last minute, we all met up. It was fabulous. I felt like I had known her for such a long time already that it was weird to be meeting for the first time.
Oh well, that’s blogger land for ya!!
(Keep in mind, late at night after chasing our kids around all day – not a gorgeous picture for all of us. Well, Emily looks great, she has the pregnancy glow! 🙂

Oh Jaime it was SOOOO last minute it's not even funny. Carinn and I were getting our hair done, and Emily and I had talked on and off. It really wasn't planned out that far in advance, maybe a couple hours. And we met at like 9:00 pm. Don't feel bad!! 🙂
Oh I bet Kelly. It's hard though! Life is busy, and I'm sure that is what you were experiencing. There will be other times!
