If you don’t know by now, I am pregnant. I am thrilled and so very excited. Praying for a healthy baby, whatever sex God blesses us with. But look at the title. Do you see a pattern? Those are the birth weights of #1, #2 and #3. Ummm…does this mean I’ll be having a 9 lb baby??? Lord help me if that’s the case! Does it typically continue to go up like this?
We have heard the sweet little heart beat twice now and our ultrasound is scheduled for September 4th. I’m so looking forward to seeing this little stinker. I have been asked by many people, why 4? Are you crazy? My answer…yes, we are a little. But anyone who knows me knows I LOVE crazy! 🙂
Anywho, if you think of me and you are the praying type, just lift the baby and I up that things continue to grow great and that the baby continues to grow in God’s image. I’ll be posting the sex as soon as we know, but we are contemplating a sex reveal party…much lower key than what we did with Preslee, but still probably something. I think the ballon release idea is so fun. It’s where you give the envelope from the ultrasound tech to a friend, she fills the box up with the color (blue or pink) and then we, as a family, open it up and balloons go flying!! Lets see if I can convince Mike. What ideas do you have?

Cake or cupcakes with pink or blue filing in the middle is a fun idea.
Silly string reveal, where everyone gets a can of pink or blue silly string and sprays it at once to reveal the sex.
Line up a pair of shoes from everyone in the family, at the end of the line you add a new pair of boys or girls shoes. Take a picture of it and share it.
