Softball Fun!

Every year we have a Softball game with a ton of people that we are in business with. It is called Midnight Madness. Well, a bunch of us got together today to hit and field some balls. Primarily to make sure we aren’t going to get hurt come game night! LOL! I managed to crack a few good ones today…let’s hope I didn’t waste all my good hits today!

Anyways, as you can imagine, the girls came with us. Lucky them, their good buddies Madisyn and Lauren were there too!I can’t forget sweet Evelynn…she was SO good. Didn’t even make a peep!Boy oh boy though, did they ever get dirty. Adalynn had an absolute blast. She found these used bottle caps. And, if I had stopped to think long enough about it, how absolutely disgusting that I let her play with them! Anyways, she had fun. Her and Mady played together for quite a while with them.
While the big kids were playing, Adalynn and I had a little time together on the jungle gym and I was able to capture a few good shots. I just love this little peanut! Lighting was a little tricky, so on some of the pictures, the exposure was a little off. If I wasn’t so tired right now, I may try to tackle it a little better. But, for now, here is what I came up with 🙂
AND, as I was looking through these pictures, I started to feel guilty because I didn’t hardly get any shots of Lili. Well, she was too busy playing with Lauren and Mady, but I did get this ONE shot when we first got there…so here is my Lili…posing as usual!And here she is being a little monkey with Lauren…I’ll end with a couple more of Adalynn…since obviously she had the majority of them today. She was definitely a little feisty today. She had quite a few meltdowns. Not sure what to do about these – but that topic is for another day. She is cute…and she knows it. End of story for now… 🙂She thought she was pretty cool stuff sitting on the base!
I had to watch her though – she is fast and before I knew it, she was off and running to the jungle gym!After a long day of playing, we take a rest, get our diaper changed, have a drink, drive home and TAKE A BATH!! Good night everyone!
