Book Review : The Ultimate DVD Share & Read Bible (Vol 2)

I received a copy of “The Ultimate DVD Bible – Volume 2” from Thomas Nelson Publishers through Booksneeze.com in exchange for an honest opinion on what I have read.

One thing that i just LOVE about this book is the stories are very simple.  I will read the story and then we are able to talk about things in depth and relate it to our life.  Lili LOVES learning this way.

Another thing I like about this book is that it covers all learning types in our kids.  We can read to our children and they learn that way and then pop in the DVD and they learn that way.  I am still trying to figure out what way Lili learns best, so things like this I really like because they cover all aspects of learning.

The DVD goes right along with the book.  We read a chapter in the book before bed time and then the following day we watch the DVD to go along with it.

My little Lili is so sensitive, I love it.  She is just like her Mommy, cries at the drop of a hat.  She coudn’t understand why someone would lie about someone else and that person would get in trouble (Potiphar’s wife lying about Joseph). She had tears in her eyes when everything worked out in the end.

And last, we were doing something the other day and Lili turns to me and says, “That’s what you talked about Mom from the book.”  SO cute.  She is learning and listening! 😉
